The National Gas Company (Belize) Limited (NGC) hereby invites bids for the supply of LPG to its Marine Terminal located at the Port of Big Creek, Belize.
INVITATION
NGC hereby invites bids from qualified entities to supply LPG in the amounts of20.5 million US gallons (US gals) +/- 10% of “HD-5 propane as per GPA-2140” and 8.5 million US gallons (US gals) +/- 10% of “Commercial Butane as per GPA-2140” for the period 15 May 2023 to 14 May 2025.

VALIDITY OF BID
The Bidder shall indicate that the bid as submitted is a firm offer and that the offer shall remain valid up to and including April 14, 2023.
CLARIFICATION OF BID DOCUMENT
A prospective Bidder requiring any clarification on the Bidding Document shall contact NGC in writing addressed to its office at Unit 17, Northern Shops, Mile 1 ½ Philip Golson Highway, Belize City, Belize between the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. or via email at [email protected]
Requests for clarification should be made no later than 7 days prior to the closing date for the submission of bids.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS
March 10, 2023, at 16:00 hrs. Belize Time the latest.
OPENING OF BIDS
Bids will be opened at the office of National Gas Company (Belize) Limited on March 10, 2023, at 16:00 hrs. Belize Time in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
